Grillin' for Memorial Day

Because it's memorial day and everyone seems to be grillin', we joined the bandwagon and had our own cookout at Manong's place.While almost everyone was at the beach or at the park working on their tan, the pinoys had to take out the umbrella for some shade because Mr Sun☀ was out and about. It felt like we were also grilled under the sun(hahaha) but i couldn't complain more thinking it was my BIL roald who did the grillin'. We had fun anyway and looking forward to another BBQ day since reggie and joni weren't able to join us.

In a place where everything on the menu has a calorie count, i worry about my weight. I love food and i love food, food, food. I think u got my point there but i hate to gain weight and add more bulge to my tummy. Haha. I hate not being able to wear my favorite piece of clothing because it's too fit or the fabic doesn't go well with my body shape. i love clothes more than i love food.hehe... Before i left, people warned me about gaining weight and it did scare me. Everytime we dine out, i could hardly finish my meal and Reggie always ends up eating the extra. Poor hubby!hehe.american size is indeed a big size. The operative word is big and i don't like it. I dread looking at the mirror and seeing myself gain weight by the day.  Thank God for appetizers and sandwiches! They are my new bestfriends, simply because of the small proportion which my tummy can accommodate.
