everyone's not perfect.i may have things that others don't have and possess something that others only desire to have.i do understand that i'm bound to fail in some things.that's given and it has been proven.i can never have it all.in the previous months i bagged perfect CSAT's(customer survey) and it was a big help to determine my regularization here in PS.come may and everything failed.i got 4 surveys,i ended up the month of may with 3 zero% CSAT and and one 42.86%.i don't feel bad that i need to cry over these things because i know there are a lot of other callers who were satisfied with my customer service.it is just so frustating to think that you've been working your ass off and then some people don't even realize that you've gone the extra mile to help them.even if you're so tired and sick of hearing them whining and yelling at you,you still manage to smile and say "sure,i'll be happy to help with you that". i'm not complaining because i'm paid to take calls.there are just some things in life that is out of your control.
